Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ROBAR Rentals website and rental services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our website or rent equipment if you do not accept these terms.
Equipment Rental
ROBAR Rentals maintains rental equipment to manufacturer specifications but makes no other express or implied warranties on rental equipment provided, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All equipment is rented AS-IS.
Renter is responsible for safe operation of rental equipment as per manufacturer guidelines and applicable laws/regulations. Renter assumes all risk associated with equipment operation and agrees to indemnify ROBAR Rentals against any liability arising from use of rental equipment.
Rental Charges
Renter agrees to pay all rental, delivery/pickup and other associated charges as outlined by ROBAR Rentals at time of rental. Rental charges continue until equipment is returned to ROBAR Rentals, regardless of weather or other circumstances prohibiting equipment use.
Late returns will incur additional fees. Renter is responsible for costs of repairing or replacing damaged/lost ROBAR Rental equipment.
Cancellation
Renter must cancel ROBAR Rental reservations at least 48 hours before rental start date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental charge. Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits any deposit and a cancellation fee will apply.
Limitation of Liability
ROBAR Rentals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of rental equipment, including any lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to property or injury to persons. Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid to rent the ROBAR Rentals equipment.
By renting ROBAR Rentals equipment, Renter acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
